I promise I have not fallen off the planet altogether… Late 2019 I launched my own Mobile Mechanic Service and was anticipating that it would be a slow first year with some extra time to do personal projects. Not so, immediately out the gate we were working virtually at capacity and have continued to get more and more busy since. I have finally hired my wife to help with the office work (instead of running her own business). I feel extremely grateful and blessed with all the work coming in.
What this means for DillysAdv… Not a whole lot at the moment – we have been so busy that most of the videos we record are going into the queue for editing and are waiting for some downtime to be worked on. There is a lot of great content and a lot of new projects that are coming but I want to be able to dedicate the proper amount of time to those projects before getting too carried away with trying to get edited.
We did also add a new Go-pro to the fleet of electronics that has been helpful except some minor technical difficulties. Recording has been much better and rendering has been great – getting vids to the computer however has been a bit tricky. as soon as I get that worked out, I am hopeful that more will come sooner.
For those of you that are here (Dillysadv.com) I will be posting by year end review which will reveal some generals on what has been going on this year and sneak peaks at future videos. I also like to “Forecast” next year so that I can look back and see how off I really am. (not that years ever fail to go as planned (2020))
